“After 44 years in healthcare, I knew these mountains needed a place where anyone could walk in and get care — no insurance card required, no questions about money first. Just care.”

— Margaret Rutter, FNP-C, Founder

Margaret founded Lansing Family Health & Wellness in June 2025 after seeing too many of her Appalachian neighbors go without basic healthcare.
